 “96” is a Tamil movie that reveals a story about two former lovers in school time after 22 years of their graduation. Ram and Jaanu are the main roles in this movie and it reveals their stories and memories relating to their relationship after 22 years over one night.

Apart from Trisha (Jaanu) and Vijay Sethupathi (Ram) some other actresses and actors join with this movie such as Devadarshani, Bagavathi Perumal Janagaraj, etc. Moreover, this film could earn a large revenue of around US $ 6.6 million and it was declared as a Super Hit at the box office. Moreover, it was awarded six Norway Tamil Film Festival and five Filmfare, etc.

The title of the movie represents the batch of 96 and Ramachandran and Janaki are the main roles of the movie who seem to be lovers. But they do not express their love in words. But, they have a relationship in their hearts when they are in their class. Their sharing and caring show their bond. But, Ram disappears after the summer vacation and this girl and boy do not meet for twenty-two years. After twenty-two years these two lovers meet again at the class reunion of the “96” batch. They take one night to spend together to get to know about their past twenty-two years. After 22 years Ram is a travel photographer and Janu has already married due to the word of her father.  The movie is a combination of their present and past.

Ramachandran or Ram acts as a travel photographer. When he is traveling, he visits his high school again after many years and recalls his past there. When he is in Grade 10 Ram and Jaanu are close friends and classmates. They are in the 1996 batch of the college. Ram develops feelings for Jaanu and she reciprocates. The two finally meet and gradually get along with each other. He arranges a reunion through their school WhatsApp group. At the end of the reunion, Ram and Janu spend one night together talking about each other. Then, Ram asks about avoiding meeting him at the college of Jaanu. She recalls it and felt sorry and repented a lot about neglecting him due to misunderstandings. Moreover, he reveals his arrival at her wedding as well. Janu also says the reason to marry someone else rather instead of him. Finally, both of them repent about their misfortune. But, Janu has already married and cannot turn back to Ram. But, both of them desired to be together for a few more hours before Janu returned home. After that, they go to a coffee shop and meet the students of Ram’s photography class. Students assume Jaanu is Ram's wife and ask her to share their story. She tells about their story and how they finally met and made up and have been together ever since. Before Janu leaves she asks Ram to marry and settle down. At last, Jaanu sings the favorite song of Ram before she leaves him which had been avoided singing in school. Finally, Ram goes with her to the airport to say goodbye for her to go back to her family.

Although Ram and Jaanu love each other they do not express it to each other. Time punishes them for this mistake by separating them. But, the time gives them a chance to know the reasons for their destiny. But, they have been limited by the time to keep their love in their hearts forever. Because they cannot turn back again to enjoy their love due to the marriage of Jaanu. Time can create miracles in our lives. Here, time soothes both of them after a huge heartbreak. Jaanu and Ram reflect the love of two mature people. Although they have the chance to turn back to be with together they are strong enough to let the past go as it is while keeping their memories in their hearts forever. This film is a symbol of sacrifice and pure love which goes beyond sex and lust. “96” is the best film that brings a bundle of emotions to the audience reflecting and arousing their memories of the past. Can a news story published on a newspaper page change of a man's life?

So this is a story like that.The newspaper film started airing in July of 2020 and is one of the most beautiful film in Sri Lanka that runs for one hundred and three minutes.It Directed and scripted by Sarath Kotelawala and Kumara Thirimadura and produced by Bandula Gunawardena Ravindra Guruge and H.D.Premasiri.The film manages to convince the audience of the various aspects of Sri Lankan society under a very interesting theme and their reality.The film also has the opportunity to socialize a large number of social role models and social messages. Sarath Kothalawala,Kumara Thirimadura,Gihan Fernando,Umayangana Wickramasingha,Giriraj Kaushalya,Pubudu Chathuranga,Sarath Chandrasiri,Dharmapriya Dias,Mihira Sirithilaka,Shyam Fernando,Nathalie Nanayakkara,Jayalal Rohan’s,Ananda Athukorala,Wasantha Kumaravilla,Mashi Siriwardhana, Sarath Kulanga,Priyantha Sirikumara,Wasantha Moragoda,Dayadewa Edirisingha and other talented actors have contributed to this film.

Speaking of the film, it begins with the headline in the newspaper, "LTT suicide squad jumps on army bus and kills thirteen army officers."Following this incident, the villagers started harassing the residents and friends of the Sinhalese man.They set fire to the house of a Sinhalese man and broke the leg of a Sinhalese man's brother.According to the movie, this Sinhalese brother's name is gune.Nine years after all this happened, Gune see a small article in a newspaper.The letter stated that the suicide bomber was not the brother of Gune, but that do LTT terrorist.It also states that Guna's brother was just another worker who was traveling at the time of the attack.Although the newspaper published an acquittal letter claiming that he did not carry out the suicide bombing which was made public by Gune's younger brother, the villagers flatly denied Gune's statement.

I think the screenplay here is designed to send a big message to the community and this incident is very clear.Anger in society is caused by the reluctance of people in society to repeat what they have learned and understood in order to give them a correct understanding of something.In the same way, when information about an person or occasion is socialized and not properly researched and socialized, the way in which people are accepted by society in relation to that person or occasion has the potential to change the identity they receive in society.  Think twice or thrice before you do or tell someone.Once a person is branded as a culprit in society, it is very difficult for us to re-adapt him to society as a right person.Therefore, we have the opportunity to avoid this problem by thinking about it a thousand times before we say anything and gathering some information and saying only the correct information.This is well illustrated by this film.

Similarly, the mother's feelings when she says that her son did not make this mistake nine years later are well illustrated.  In today's society there is a great effort to re-socialize the deteriorating family affection

by the spectator.Guna also lost both his legs as a result of a suicide bombing allegedly carried out by his brother.As soon as Gunade got to the defense of the paper that his brother had not made that mistake, he too began to have a great desire and an effort to show his brother to the society that he was the right person.Directors and producers have been able to show through the film that maternal love , brotherhood cannot break the no matter what the obstacles are.

Similarly, if a man named Guna told the villagers how right his brother was, the villagers would not accept it.Therefore, Guna decides to leave the difficult village of Gallewa for Colombo with the intention of publishing the article on the front page of a small section of the newspaper to convince the people of the village that his brother is the right person.Although he lost both his legs because of his brother but this film shows the love, affection and respect gena had for his brother.

I feel that this film is made with a good understanding of the different behaviors of the people,motherhood and brotherhood and the true friendship is well reflected throughout the film.On his way from Guna Galnewa to Colombo he was not left alone but his ignorant friend luvis took part in this journey.Similarly, when they came to Colombo, they had to face various obstacles.The mutual understanding and between the two of them and real frendship was very helpful in overcoming those obstacles successfully.Throughout the film lewis it shows us that lewis is very rich in his humanity eventhough he is not intelligent.

The film manages to convey a great deal of social message and aspects that should be talked about in the society, with great restraint on the dark side of brotherhood, friendship, motherhood and society.If you have not yet enjoyed this film, we invite you to enjoy it as well.

Love Mocktail (2020)

 When someone asks what the most beautiful thing in the world is, I say "love" because love has no boundaries. Love does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, caste, or age.  I do not believe in love. But in some places, I find love beautiful. I see many people saying this. But if there is anyone who truly loves, he says, "Life is love."

A lot of people cry when they look at the world. Love lies. But looking at it all and looking back at you, I think to myself how lucky I am. I never dreamed you would be so precious in my life. If I knew my life would be so beautiful after you came, I would have come looking for you earlier.

The Love Mocktail is a 2020 Indian Kannada language romantic film directed by Darling Krishna. It was produced by Darling Krishna and Milana Nagaraj. In the film, Darling Krishna will play the lead role of Adithya (Adi) and Milana Nagraj will play the lead role of Nidhima (Nidhi) in the film. The story based on the film was created by Darling Krishna. The romantic, emotional, and sad music of the film is composed by Raghu Dixit and runs for 147 minutes. The Love Mocktail film was released on January 31, 2020. The film has an IMDB rating of 8.3.

Adi (Darling Krishna), a software engineer, rescues Aditi (Rachana Indar). He then agrees to leave her at home as he moves to her hometown of Udupi. During the trip, Aditi asks Adi about his love story. He responds by telling her his past, from high school to the present.

Adi was born as the only child in a poor village in India. So, even in the midst of poverty, Adi's parents teach him well. This is when his love story begins. It starts in the tuition class. He compares her to Rose from the Titanic. Most people's love stories end at school, and his is no exception.

After that, he was elected to the Faculty of Engineering of the University. Meanwhile, he meets a girl through a friend. She is so beautiful. and a girl from a wealthy family. This love story flows beautifully. He loves her so much. Make a lot of sacrifices. So this love story flows beautifully. Time goes by. Meanwhile, he leaves campus and finds a job. Only then does everything get worse. He tries to give his girlfriend the best he can whenever he can. But she grew up in a rich family and was not satisfied with those things. She was constantly worried about whether she could provide him with the lifestyle she wanted. In the meantime, the mismatch between the two began to emerge, and she always looked down on him.

His sacrifices, his gifts, his job began to be disgusting. Thus, the happiness between the two remained for a short time. Even though the love story ended like that, his school friend was close to him. He was not alone. He was very upset with Jyo's departure. Life was frustrating. There was no feeling of love.

He was very upset with her leaving. His school friend, Vijay, tried hard to keep him happy. One day, Vijay introduced him to Nidhi. She is a strong and independent woman in the IT service. Although he had no love for her in his heart, the two of them got married. Somehow, their love slowly grew. She is a very loving girl who enjoys even the smallest things. Thus, time passed in love. One day, Nidhi revealed that they were going to be parents. He spent time lovingly fulfilling her needs, but the happiness lasted only a short time. The happiness in their lives stopped after she had an abortion. The doctor said she had cervical cancer. It is incurable. But he never left her alone. She was loved and cared for. You can see in the film how the events are presented in a very sensitive way. But in the end, she inherited the death knell. She told him that life should be enjoyable even if she is not there. At the request of his wife, he gradually began to face life. He began to live with her memories. It shows how hard I try to have a happy smile every day.

In the present time, Adi shows Nidhi's grave to Aditi, and the film ends with Adi driving Aditi home.

So this is a movie that you can look forward to from the very beginning. Tears, sadness, and happiness are all mixed together. There are also some very beautiful songs in it, and the movie flows beautifully with those songs. This story begins in one place and ends in another. Tears well up in the eyes of those who watch this movie, whether they are loved or not.

Nothing in this world is stable. So love is just four letters of the kind. But not everyone can give meaning to those four letters. It's really weird. Maybe this is your own love story.

 

Trance (2020)

 

Isn't the most powerful drug in the world a pill ??

What is a drug? A drug is simply something that cannot be given up. That's something like an addiction. Did you know that religion is something like this? You may not have thought about this before. But religion is the most powerful drug in the world. The movie trance is about how this drug called religion is sold.

Trance is 2020 Malayalam psychological thriller film directed and Produced by Anwar Rasheed and written by Vincent Vadakkan. The protagonist of the unfolding story in this film is viju prasad.  Fahadh Faasil, one of the best actors in Malayalam cinema, plays the role of viju prasad.  Fahadh Faasil's beloved wife Nazriya Nazim played the lead supporting role of Esther Lopez. The film also stars Dileesh Pothan, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Chemban Vinod and Soubin Shahir. The film has an IMDB  rating of 7.3.

The film revolves around a wonderful man who teaches positive thinking to get out of his poverty.  He is a forgotten social creature in this economic world. An adult with an unpleasant childhood. He was also a good speaker and a responsible brother.  He is a young man with unparalleled courage. At the beginning of the story, viju prasad's character is a wonderful brother who takes care of his brother who is suffering from depression. So at the beginning of the story you can see that this Viju is working day and night for the lives of himself and his brother.  But his depressed brother commits suicide by hanging himself from a fan in his house like his mother. A depressed patient feels like he is alone in this world.  This loneliness takes them away from their happiness and brings them closer to death.  He is also suffering from depression due to the death of his mother as a child and the death of his brother.  Fahadh Faasil's acting also shows the feelings and helplessness of a person who is depressed.

Viju, who is living a life full of sorrows and worries, is approached by two rich people who come to his life by chance.  That's my favorite part of this movie.  That interview and its content are powerful enough to change the viewer's thinking.  It is inconceivable how Indian society, blinded by religious ideology, would accept that part of the scene.  Shall we sell religion, the most powerful drug in the world?  I never expected such a dialogue from an Indian film.  That is why that dialogue is special.  This proposal is the turning point in Viju's life.  Agreeing to that proposal, Viju Prasad translates as Pastor Joshua Carlton.

paster josua carlton has become a popular character all over India in a very limited time.  He is surrounded by followers.  People from all over the country come to him to cure their illnesses. But what is really happening here is a planned fraud.  Through their planned fraud, they are able to deceive the oppressed people and take money from them.  When I saw some of these incidents, I wondered if they were related to recent events in Sri Lanka.  Also, this group gives Viju, who has changed into Paster Joshua, a drug without him even realising  it.  It changes his mental level as well as his behavior.

  So this film has been able to portray the impact of this organized fraud on people from different social classes.  The film also manages to make the audience understand how business, politics and racketeering are carried out under the guise of religion. When you watch this movie you will definitely think that we have seen and heard such things in real life.  A poor little girl has to die because of this fraud.  The incident of her father lifting her lifeless body and coming in front of Paster Joshua crying and asking for her child's life back is a very emotional one.  Also very important is the story told through the character of journalist Mathew.  The film also shows how much journalists need to be concerned about media responsibility and media ethics.

At the end of the film, the truth is revealed to the world, fulfilling the expectations of the audience.  But the film ends with Esther slapping the main character, Viju.  That slap left me with more to think about.  At times I wonder if that slap was aimed at the society.  Because it is the society that allows such misconduct.  I like to see it as a warning to society to be intelligent.

The music that flows throughout the film is also to be commended.  The music made the film even more interesting and meaningful.  Overall, Trance is a great movie.  Fahadh Faasil's acting is a strong reason for that.  I would like to give this movie a 7/10 rating.  Because in the second half of the film, the excitement created in the first half breaks down a bit.If you have not watch this great movie which runs for 2 hours and 35 minutes yet, we invite you to watch it soon.

What if George got to know Malar's memory is back? Would George go back to her? This amazing movie named Premam stops with this same question any audience hoping for an answer. This is a romantic Malayalam movie released in 2015 which was attracted by a large audience of teenage and young crowd. The most important thing here is there is no any significant difference between this story and most of your story. If there is any difference, that will be limited to names and areas. 'George' the main character in the film also wed to someone at the end of the film. But who is she? Is it with Mary? Is it with Malar? Or is it with Selin? That’s the confusion of this wonderful story. 

In his school life George had a thought about Mary. But he was not the only one who wish her love. There were many proposals coming from other parties. But none of those can skip her father’s eyes. One day George meets Mary on the bridge. At the time he try to express his feelings towards Mary, suddenly she raise her voice about her boyfriend. She asks for George’s help to keep her relationship as a secret from his father since she trusts George is the one who can help them. Therefore that’s the end of his first love. After ages George went to college with his two friends for higher education. This is the most stubborn gang in the college. This era reminds university life of anyone. George meets Malar here but not as junior or senior one. She is his teacher. George has feelings towards Malar. Actually this is his true love. Most of time of the movie flows with Malar. In the class she punish this gang. But they are very friendly in other times. They practice dance together. Unintentionally that period passes so quickly.  One day a handsome guy came into the college and Malar introduced him as her brother in low. Time passed day by day with growing love towards each other. But one day there was a message from Malar’s house that she met with an accident. Even though George went to see her when it heard, she had lost her memory completely at that time. Therefore that becomes the end of his second true love. After college life he started a café and one day Selin meet him as his customer. Ultimately she become his wife. She is not another brand new character to the story. Actually she is a part of his first love story. 

As I emphasize earlier this story has buildup through different timelines of George and his friends focusing love, friendship and university life. However it has largely evolves effort of a young man to win a heart of a girl he desires. How he feel her first glance and that freshness of love, how much he has addicted to her genuine smile that kind of aspects of a teenage love Alphones wanted to highlight through this firstborn love. Premam always try to address simple cases in a unique way. It nicely figure out ambigus nature of a young mind in expressing his feelings to their loved ones. George made a mess in his first love letter by likening Mary to a sarding fry since his mother asked those for his lunch. That nervous nature represent anyone’s mind of such a situation. But when he mature to a certain extent as a college student he could express that Malar is beautiful in front of her face. Anyone may not be same in terms of behaviors, feelings and attitudes in different ages. They will attain wise, power and ability to face anything day by day. Ultimately George had the ability to propose Selin directly without any nervous. At that time he was not a young playful boy anymore. Even though Selin met him by accident that became his fate. 

This lovely movie directed by Alphones puthren and produced by Anwar Rasheed. Music composed by Rajesh Murugesan and cinematography by Anand C. Chandran. Nivin Pauly, Madonna Sebastian, Sai Pallavi Anupama Parameswarsn are the main stars of this movie. The beauty of this movie is that Alphones has created this beyond simple common film. By combining 3 love stories of a young man he has came up with a realistic romantic movie in a unique manner.  When analyzing cinematography by Anand C Chandran it also nicely capture your hearts. For an example if someone inside the shop came up with a desire towards foods there, as the audience we also having a desire. Rajesh Murugesen also add some speciality to this movie through music by ‘Malare’ ’Kalippu’ and ‘Chinna chinna’. 'Aluva puzha' is one of interesting song here that can create a smile over anyone. The bridge, the Aluva house and college classrooms all those places look charming. No glamour, no foreign locations, no artificial lights all are bound by nature. If one focus on stars here Nivin Pauly’s acting and look over several ages makes the audience fall for him. Even though Mary represent a small part of the movie it is very nice to see that kind of a school love. Sai pallavi has represent the true love during college life and that time was really wonderful with her great performance. Selin comes at the later part of the movie and she also won audience as she is another attractive character. Likewise the other parties in the movie like friends, college teachers also do their job well in movie by making smile on your face. 

All most all the components including choreography, acting, music, and direction perform a greater role in this movie and every character contribute well to achieve a huge audience. All of those has created the best combination for ‘Premam’. In real world there are some lovers who destroy their lives since they lost his first love. Lovers who taking various actions against their lost affairs. According to my mind this story leads to change the minds of the ones who going to suicide due to breakups, make new hopes inside disappointed lovers, refresh memories of the lovers and bring already married ones to the old lovely memories. 

‘Premam’ so it is a long journey that follows true love through different timelines of my life and your life. There may be some ups and downs but your fate will definitely find you. Nivin and Sai will touch most of your heart in an unforgettable way. No actually not Nivin and Sai. But George and Malar will. You will see them in your story. You will hear your heart and make smile  on your face. So start a new journey. Because it is not the end. What kind of journey I am talking about? May be it’s like George’s...

MAHANATI

 It is impossible to imagine whether life is a dream or an illusion. Able to represent one end of life different from another in a second. You will see that this is true from the life story of Savitri Nissankara, a noble-hearted woman who endured the nickname "Actress Queen" which disturbed Indian cinema. The film "mahanati" depicts Savitri's life story based on the exploratory revelation of Madhurawani (Samantha Akkinani), a journalist who strives to unleash the great image of the great genius.

Madhura wani, who is trying to touch a unique dimension in newspaper reporting, gets the title of the life story of a movie star named Savitri who is in a coma.Reluctantly, she realizes that this is the beginning of a meaningful article on the very first day that Anthony (vijay devarkonda) himself goes to take on Savitri with his own photographer.Inheriting a playful, talkative, stubborn childhood, Savitri paints a beautiful picture of her father's affectionate ego, while also beautifully embellishing her heart.

Savithri is a newcomer in the field of stage drama. Life perfectly embodies her abilities.The ability to create someone's real life in the film is also amazing.Keerthi Suresh's acting skills also touch Savitri's heart and touch the heart of the viewer.It feels like Savitri is really there because of her uniqueness.The arrival of the great filmmaker "Nageshwara Rao" in Savitri's village is a mockery of Savitri's life or is it a matter of fate.Due to the changes that will take place with his arrival, the challenges she will face in entering the film industry are immense .The biggest challenge is not knowing the Tamil language.The strange young man she meets to solve it, "Gajini Connection", changes Savitri's fate to fate.

It is a commendable work done by the director to bring Ghajini (Dulquer Salman) to a dimension of love and broad ideas.Nag Ashwin has subtly stimulated Savitri's patience and endurance to overflow when all the thirst for love is lost.

The film manages to capture the essence of Ghajini's love affair with wonderful words and sequences, as well as how the first marriage took place.The subtle door of love and estrangement also opens in Savitri's life when the world wished for love to fall apart.Keerthi Suresh's acting excellence is a testament to Savitri's grief over drug addiction to alleviate the unbearable pain in his heart.

In happiness, the film reveals the bloodthirsty relatives who are jealous of the heart, the disguise of how to pretend, how to save in trouble.Although everything is lost due to drunkenness, there are many examples that can be taken from the character of Savitri, who helps those who need help to the best of their ability.In real life, savithri, who died after 9 months in a coma, is alive, and the film manages to entertain the audience.Even in the hearts of young audiences, curiosity about the life story of a popular actress in the sixties and seventies manages to evoke respect.

In the most valuable article of Madhurawani's writing tour, there is a language that captivates the audience.The writer, director as well as the actors have made a special effort to present the film with beautiful visuals, incorporating the legends of "Devdas" into the scenes as a re-creation.

specially the talent of the keerthy suresh must be appreciated because of the important roll in this film as same as savithri.the sensible scenes of the movie has shot to heart touching and has used the emotional sounds,colours and music by Ashwin.he has already done a great job with this movie.all the actors also have done their part properly.

There is a scene in which Savithri said to her teacher that "I will get tears from one eye without any chemical, and also how many drops should I take". This is a really amazing scene which shows the amazing talent of Savithri by stealing the audience's heart.

Because of this movie a person can get a valuable story to his life. If there are lot of money or any of other things which we really want to live, there must be the love from our partners as we expected. And also, we should understand that the value of the life and should understand going to be happen around us.
